Exterior painting

Stucco, block, and wood prepped and painted to handle the Arizona sun.

The desert sun is harder on paint than almost anything else — UV fades and chalks a cheap job in a couple of years, and monsoon dust and rain find every unsealed crack. An exterior job that skips prep looks fine for a season and fails fast after that. We pressure-wash, scrape, patch stucco cracks, prime bare spots, and then paint — in that order, every time.

We use exterior paint rated for this climate and tell you exactly which product is going on your walls, so you know what you paid for.

What’s included

  • Pressure wash and full surface prep
  • Stucco crack repair and priming
  • Two coats of sun-rated exterior paint
  • Doors, trim, and gates if the estimate covers them — it says so in writing

Summer in the Valley

Too hot to paint outside? Let's do the inside.

August and September are the right months for interior work — walls, trim, drywall repairs — while exteriors wait for cooler weather.
